RECEPTIONIST

Since 2018, I have been working in the field of dentistry as a receptionist, and over the years, the profession has grown close to my heart. I have learned how important the first impression is, as patients often decide how comfortable and safe they feel with us the moment they arrive at the reception. My goal is to ensure that every patient receives clear, accurate, and understandable information, and experiences real attentiveness, whether it’s about scheduling appointments, asking questions about treatments, or simply hearing a kind word while waiting.

I believe good communication is essential. That’s why I aim to help with as much preparedness and patience as possible, and I am glad I can use my German and English language skills in the process. I find it especially meaningful when I can bring a smile to a patient’s face — whether through a calm conversation or a bit of humor. As an animal lover, I also enjoy talking about four-legged family members, because to us, everyone matters.

I hope that during your visit to our dental practice, I can help ensure that, in addition to professional care, you leave with an attentive, friendly, and memorable experience.
